Mākaro Room, Wharewaka Function Centre, 2 Taranaki Street, Wellington
The new decade has been marked by unprecedented change. An intense combination of economic, social and political issues is challenging leadership like never before.
As leaders you may feel fatigued, overwhelmed and perhaps be seeking inspiration to jump-start 2021; join us and leave equipped with tools for human-centred, high impact leadership.
Our Championing Change Workshop will provide motivation and inspiration to lead your teams into 2021, explore innovative and provoking thought leadership to advance your personal leadership evolution into the future. You will have the opportunity to engage in a highly interactive (possibly entertaining) and extremely human-centred experience.
Sally Duxfield is so much more than a ‘sage on the stage’. She has immense knowledge on developing high-performing teams, both in the corporate and high performance sports world. 16 years in the New Zealand military, combined with her business experience, leading and growing several successful companies, her passion lies with forming high performing teams and organisations. Sally is a solutions-finder and activator, that uses her understanding of the neuroscience behind leadership to help grow and nurture inspirational leaders.
Sally is not alone and has put together “The Wisdom Bar”.
“Just like in music, speakers are supposed to hit the right key, harmonise and form an orchestra, so that everyone attending the conference can be in tune.”
We are bringing you three experts in their fields (our orchestra), to provide short, engaging interludes for participants during the morning, afternoon and the end of daybreak. It’s your opportunity to explore subjects of interest and relevance to your organisation and industry.
